Registration, tuition, attendance, dismissal, the parent portal, the class feed, texting, the store, online courses, staff files and the reports your funders ask for. All of it sits on one roster and one balance, behind one login.
You do not need a card or a contract to look at it, and we move your rosters and balances across for you.
Ms. Rivera: trail is wet, bring boots.
The subscriptions are rarely the expensive part. The re-typing is, and so is the afternoon someone spends working out why two systems disagree about what a family owes.
Build the classes once and publish the catalog on your own domain. A family picks which of their children is coming, signs whatever forms that class requires, and pays, all in one sitting.
Duplicate last term, change the dates, and you are open again.
Cards are convenient and they cost you about three percent. Take cards anyway, but also take the charter purchase order, the Zelle transfer, the cheque handed in at the desk and the cash in an envelope. All of them settle against the same invoice, so the balance a family sees is the balance in your books.
On a $480 term, the fee-free methods keep about $14 per family in the school.
The course builder is part of the same school. Modules release on a schedule, video is uploaded rather than linked to, and a course can carry readings, assignments, quizzes that mark themselves, live sessions and a certificate at the end.
Enrol your own students, or sell a course to the wider public from the catalog.
Define the categories your grant asks about and the counting is done for you. Duplicated and unduplicated heads by quarter, how long each child stayed, how many are in more than one programme, and who moved up from your lowest tier to your highest.
It is a general tagging layer, so the categories are yours to define.
| Quarter | A | B | C | D | Students | In >1 | Moved |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2025 Q4 | 18 | 9 | 6 | 2 | 31 | 11 | 0 |
| 2026 Q1 | 24 | 12 | 7 | 3 | 38 | 14 | +4 |
| 2026 Q2 | 29 | 14 | 8 | 2 | 44 | 19 | +7 |
| 2026 Q3 | 36 | 15 | 9 | 1 | 52 | 23 | +9 |
Longevity, multi-programme enrolment and movement between your own categories, all counted from the enrolment records themselves.
Take the register on a phone in the room. Absences notify the family while the lesson is still running, the dismissal list updates itself, and every pickup is recorded against an authorised adult.
Schedules, forms, invoices, photos and a thread with their child's teacher. When everything a family needs is in one place, the questions stop arriving at 9pm.
Every send shows you the message with your own branding, names every recipient, and lets you narrow the list or post it to the class feed instead. Families read it in their own language.
Uniform, books, trip kit and fundraiser items, sold from your own site with stock tracked and the money landing in the same ledger as tuition.
Stock comes down as it sells, and the takings sit in the same ledger as tuition rather than in someone else's account.
A school that only takes cards pays a percentage on every term, every child, every year. Offering a second way to pay is the cheapest change most schools can make. Put your own numbers in and see it.
This counts card processing only. It does not guess at hours saved or at what your current subscriptions cost, because we do not know either. Cash, cheques, Zelle and charter purchase orders carry no processing fee, and Maktab records all of them against the same invoice as the card payments.
Each of these tools is good at its own column. A school needs most of the rows, and every seam between two of them means a roster typed twice and two systems that disagree about a balance.

A school of forty needs the same things as a school of four hundred. All twenty-four modules are on from the first day, so there is no tier to upgrade to and nothing billed per feature.
Terms, rosters, waitlists, capacity, drops and prorated fees. Duplicate last term in one click.
Take the register in seconds. Families hear about an absence before they wonder.

Your own number, two-way replies, delivery receipts and opt-outs honoured automatically.
Applications, review stages, offers and acceptances, before a child is ever a student record.
Modules, video, quizzes, live sessions and certificates. Teach online without a second platform.
Gradebook, rubrics, daily reports and progress a parent can read without a glossary.
Allergies, medications, incident logs and the follow-up attached to each one.
Routes, riders, meal counts and the daily operational lists that usually live on paper.
Hours, roles and the parents who said they would help, written down instead of remembered.
Charter and district funds from award through invoice, with the contract on file.
Who is missing what, chased automatically, for families and staff alike.
Run chapters or sites under one account, with figures that roll up while permissions stay separate.
Work assigned to real people, and a record of who changed what, when.
Registration in one tool, invoices in another, attendance on paper and a parent told two different things. Every part of this was built alongside schools running exactly that way, and kept only when it took work away instead of moving it somewhere else.
One school can never see another's. That is enforced in the database itself, not only in the app.
Rosters, ledgers, attendance and reports come out as a file whenever you want them.
Report a bug from inside the app and a person replies to it.
We will set it up with you, using your classes, your terms and your fees, so you can see it running on your own data before you decide anything.
